The property named El Palomar, owned by the Flores´family is located in the south east part of Spain, within the province of Albacete.

It is here where, among beautiful mountains and fields, graze one of the most famous bull breeds of our country. The property is sorrounded by the said abrupt mountain ranges and deep cliffs, forests, grass and agriculture. This makes of El Palomar a shooting area in which most of the iberian species live together.

Deers, roe deers, ibex, wild sheep, will boars, lynx and fallow deers coexist in a pacific way among the thousands of red partridges that inhabit within the area.

Nevertheless, the most important specie is the partridge itself. It is abundant and of a special shooting quality beeing easy to obtain an average of 1000 birds per day.
