La Casa Hotel
The house was built by the Flores family in 1920 and has been refurbished several times to adapt to modern times. It features 13 luxury rooms, several lounges and dining rooms, as well as a large museum hall where parties, conferences, and conventions are held.
The staff consists of 7 women, a cook and an assistant, and two waiters who will be attentive to guests at all times. The cuisine at El Palomar is especially good when it comes to Mediterranean diet, although if requested in advance, any dish can be prepared. From seafood crepes, lamb and roasted suckling pig, stewed partridge, oven-baked duck, sirloin or ribeye steak, fish, etc., you can choose the menu that suits you best, all complemented by the most original and delicious appetizers, wines, and drinks.
