During spring (in the months of April, May, and June), after the hunting season and coinciding with the estate’s peak splendor, we offer the opportunity to visit El Palomar to see the bulls in the field and appreciate a lesser-known aspect of bullfighting: the breeding and management of fighting bulls in their natural environment. At the same time, visitors can enjoy the estate’s spectacular landscapes, Pure Spanish Horses, the Bullfighting Museum, and a pleasant meal in the estate’s house.
